FAQs

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, not including holidays. We do not ship on weekends. 

  • Please allow at least 2-3 business days for order processing before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During our large sales, processing and shipping times will be longer. Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive a tracking number.

 

ORDER POLICY 

  •  All Sales are final. Once an order is shipped we can not cancel, refund or exchange.

  • Due to the nature of our items, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges

  • If any products are damaged please contact customer service within 24 hours. We will replace damaged items with proof of manufacturing or shipping damages. 

  • When placing orders please double check shipping addresses.  We do not cover extra shipping fees for packages shipped back to our office.  If your order is shipped with a wrong or incomplete address given by you making you not receive your order, you can only receive STORE CREDIT for the order. 

  • When ordering presale/preorder items please check SHIPPING DATES AND TIMES. If you order any presale items your order ships when the presale item ships.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages. Once an order is shipped you would have to contact shipping providers to claim your lost items.
